We had a major issue on Thursday evening and as a result we weren’t able to ‘go live’. I contacted Webinarjam and they replied promptly.
Our team was made aware of a behaviour that temporarily affected the functionality of some webinars.
We take these matters very seriously, and our Developers immediately got to work and were able to resolve this behaviour quickly.
We understand how important WebinarJam is to your business and we have implemented a fix allowing the system to now function as expected.
